These sales can attract discounts as high as a 20% below list price in the earliest stages of development planning, 10% deposits can be accepted via bank guarantee or deposit bonds and deposited into our approved selling real estate trust accounts until settlement, which is generally 12-18 months in advance.
This means you secure a discounted purchase price for property that generally increases in value as the product nears completion and available sales become scarcer.
You purchase at industry wholesale prices, to enable you to have the option of using our Nu One program for offshore clients where we do all the work for you including sourcing funding as well as handling the legal, contract and Government aspects.
All you need to do is to express interest in the type of property, the desired location and your price range (all properties are independently and professionally valued prior to settlement).
Because we oversee the development from concept to creation you become an important part of the team and are provided with updates as the project develops.
